As a seasoned construction professional, you will lead the development and execution of new store projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project costs and efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor management and internal resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and review inventory management of materials required for new store openings.

Project Execution & Management:

  1. Track and manage ongoing construction projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for restaurant renovations and maintenance work.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of project progress and present updates to senior leadership.

Financial Acumen & Decision-Making:

  1. Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring actual costs against estimated expenses.
  2. Approve construction-related costs and billings, as well as inventory orders for new store openings.

People Development & Leadership:

  1. Provide coaching and guidance to your team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration:
