Job Title: Senior Construction Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team as a senior expert in the field of construction management. As a senior expert, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on construction management, claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, and cost management.
  • To develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in construction management, claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, and cost management.
  • Strong planning background with excellent claims and dispute resolution knowledge.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
