Construction Finance Legal Expert

This role involves analyzing loan documents and preparing plans for legal action against borrowers in the context of construction finance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in litigation, contracts, and Indian law.
- Examine secured portfolios across India to identify potential litigations and prepare plans for legal action.
- Manage litigations started under SARFAESI actions, NI Act Sec. 138 processes, and Arbitration & Conciliation Act proceedings.
- Draft legal documents such as notices, agreements, and memoranda.
- Research recent legal advancements and write articles for internal distribution.
- Handle lawsuits against the business, including Writ Petitions, DRT Proceedings, and Civil Suits.
- Law graduate with 2-5 years of litigation experience in Law Firms, Banks, or NBFCs.
- Familiarity with contracts, the Companies Act, the Transfer of Property Act, and RBI regulations.
- Understanding of RERA, Stamp Act, Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, and other land legislation.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can work closely with lawyers and provide expert advice on legal matters. They should have a passion for litigation and a strong understanding of Indian law.
