Job Title: Legal Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal expert to join our team. As a legal advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's legal framework and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on various matters, including civil and criminal cases. You will also be required to conduct research and analysis, identify important issues, and develop innovative policy and legal options to support the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on complex matters, including civil and criminal cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify important issues and develop recommendations
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational legal frameworks to support the organization's business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with contemporary legal advancements and develop innovative policy and legal options

Qualifications:

  • LLB degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in handling legal matters as a practicing Attorney-at-Law or in a corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels (verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
