  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Invoice Delivery: Meet invoice delivery timelines, guaranteeing that all necessary documentation is submitted promptly.
  • Data Entry: Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Electronic Data Interchange: Submit invoices electronically, utilizing secure data interchange protocols.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of key areas of invoicing specific to our customers, enabling us to provide tailored solutions.
  • Invoice Verification: Thoroughly check each field on the invoices before submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: Evaluate supporting documents and backups attached to invoices, verifying their relevance and accuracy.
  • Timely Updates: Timely update invoice submission status in Navision, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Logs and Files: Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference, facilitating efficient decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with payroll & invoicing team to accelerate invoice submission process, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Statement of Accounts: Send out statements of accounts to customers, providing clear and concise information.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, resolving any billing/payment discrepancies and ensuring AR hygiene.
  • Invoice Rejections: Handle invoice rejections, credit, and rebills, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • SOP Update: Maintain SOP/standard guide for complete invoicing process account-wise and update it timely, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Platform Support: Provide continuous support for improving platforms for invoicing, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Credit Control: Assist Credit Control in invoicing and collection of payments, fostering strong relationships with customers.
