We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Expert to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and sending timely and accurate invoices, managing revenue recognition, and maintaining accounting processes and controls.

This position requires top-level customer support and analytical problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal and external customers, as well as other members of the Accounting team, to answer invoicing questions or manage related issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and externally with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

We are looking for a team player who can handle multiple projects and work on a tight timeframe. The ability to think analytically, organize tasks efficiently, and resolve complex issues independently is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send timely and accurate invoices
  • Manage revenue recognition and accounting processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate preparation, adjustment, and verification of pre-bill documents
  • Enter data accurately into systems to modify projects
  • Assist Accounting in applying proper revenue recognition, validating sales tax on invoices, and other accounting controls
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Able to translate client and inter-company invoices from English into Arabic
  • Ability to issue Arabic invoices in right-to-left format
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Billing position or AA Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in legal billing preferred
