About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, including receivables, payables, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.">
  • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.">
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.">
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.">
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.">
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.">
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.">
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.">
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.">
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.">
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance), with 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is required. Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software is essential. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
