Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to deliver high-quality financial solutions to our clients.

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Functional Consulting: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional solutions, and prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, support production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Define and oversee financial data migration strategies, collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities also include working closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, participating in design reviews and solution validation, and collaborating with technical teams for integrations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
