Oracle Fusion Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet our clients' needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of OTL functionalities and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Skill Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
