Job Description

As a seasoned ERP administrator, you will play a key role in leading Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations. Your primary objective will be to drive project deliverables by effectively managing these applications throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering key Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM applications, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components. You should also have experience with designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.

In this role, you will work closely with the Oracle team to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backups, and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications. Additionally, you will monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM applications' performance and architecture, ensuring the reliability, integrity, and recoverability of these systems.

Developing ERP KPIs and metrics reports, as well as creating dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime, are essential responsibilities of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  2. At least 8 years of overall ERP administration experience
  3. 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM, and OTM
  4. Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP)
  5. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory
  6. Experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out
  7. Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects
  8. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate certification is preferred
  9. Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management
  10. Exceptional English communication skills (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)
  11. Ability to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise
  12. Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
