
Facilities Operations Manager

As a Key Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and team operations. This includes defining the scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) of team members, communicating with management for incident management and other tasks, monitoring and reporting project activities, plans, and progress.
Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end administrative activities management and team coordination, ensuring zero incidents on exam day related to admin services, and assisting in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage HUB Admin activities and team, defining scope and KRA's of team members.
- Communicate with management for day-to-day activities, incident management etc.
- Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progresses.
- End-to-end administrative activities management and team coordination.
- Ensure zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.
- Help in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
- Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the hub.
- Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to regional admin head and senior management.
Communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
Technical knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment is required.
Facility management: Experience in soft services facility management is highly valued.
Team management: Managed a team previously.
Conflict management: Conflict management experience is necessary.
Pressure tolerance: Willingness to work under extreme pressure.
Local government knowledge: Familiarity with local government departments.
Compliance awareness: Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
Vendor management: Vendor management skills.
Computer skills: Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
