Senior Store Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Store Manager will lead the sales team and drive store success. They will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • End-to-end ownership of the store: including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Building relationships with HNI clients: leveraging personal connections to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales strategy development: executing initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Team motivation and collaboration: fostering a positive work environment that inspires outstanding customer service and drives results.
  • Customer engagement: actively building relationships, providing personalized styling advice, and driving sales through direct interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Experience: proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms.
  • Leadership skills: inspiring and motivating teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Interpersonal skills: excellent communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
