Job Title: Senior Brand Advisor

We seek a dedicated and experienced Brand Ambassador, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Requirements:
  2. Generate and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
  3. Handle client feedback and grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  4. Proactive sales, cross-selling and servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment and virtual meetings.
  5. Key Objectives:
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Brand.
  7. Prepare presentations and keep database updates all the time.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges and potential client issues.
  9. Professional Responsibilities:
  10. Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre and post-sales activities.
  11. Represent the Brand in National/International Art and Design events and private previews.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Luxury Management Expertise: Understanding of Luxury, Design, Art and Craft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to understand Client lifestyle and requirements and should be able to convince clients to close deals.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute. (Can even consider an Interior Designer)

7+ years (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry)
