About the Role:- As a Client Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and an unparalleled experience during property visits.
- You will maintain the highest standards of customer service, reflecting the values and luxury reputation of our brand.
- Greet and receive prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Host clients during site/property visits, guaranteeing a seamless and memorable experience that meets the luxury standard of our brand.
- Provide essential project information and direct client queries to the sales team, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively.
- Coordinate with teams to prepare for client visits, including arranging refreshments, site readiness, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain a reception/hosting area, ensuring customer-facing spaces consistently meet luxury standards.
- Accurately maintain client records and appointments, showcasing your organizational skills.
- Handle requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset, upholding the values of our brand.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement events, property showcases, and client visits, contributing to a positive client experience.
- Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a field related to hospitality or business.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills, as demonstrated through previous experience.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure, handling multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
