Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Timings: 04:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and document interactions.

• Provide product information and assist with navigation.

• Collaborate with teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters (Sales/Marketing/Engineering/ Commerce / Management)

• Fresher or Experienced candidates

• Excellent English fluency is mandatory.

• Strong customer service focus is required.

• Excellent telephone etiquettes.
