Delegate Acquisition Specialist

Build Relationships with High-Level Executives

We are seeking a skilled Delegate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.

Your key responsibility will be to communicate the benefits of attending events and secure participation from these influential individuals. You will play a vital role in ensuring event success by delivering a strong, high-quality audience for sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.
  • Proactively reach out to potential delegates to explain event programs and secure their attendance.
  • Book VIP delegates to attend events at no cost to them.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet target audiences.
  • Represent the company professionally as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
