About bepay is a non-custodial Web3 super app that enables fast, secure, and borderless payments across fiat, crypto, and CBDCs. Designed to support both users and merchants, bepay integrates digital payments, wallet services, and cross-chain infrastructure into a seamless, mobile-first experience.

We're on a mission to make global payments simpler, faster, and more inclusive. As we expand, we're looking for a professional who can build and activate strong grassroots networks to grow our user base and community across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent the company in local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility
  • Educate potential users and partners on the product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute campaigns independently
