Store Operations Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned boutique leader to spearhead our store operations, embodying luxury standards in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bolster sales growth by driving conversion rates, ticket sizes, and client acquisition.
  • Develop strategies to elevate revenue streams and expand our market presence.
  • Closely monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster an environment that embodies our luxury brand values and ethos.
  • Promote personalized clienteling through effective post-sale follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Plan and execute private client events, previews, and activations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentorship of client advisors, assistants, and support staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, facilitate product knowledge sessions, and conduct service training.
  • Nurture a high-performing team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure seamless inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols.
  • Authorize transactions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate audits with security teams.
  • Verify daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements.
  • Maintain a pristine store presentation, visual merchandising, and ambiance aligned with luxury standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to SOPs related to client service, security, and operational processes.
