Experienced Boutique Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced boutique store manager to lead our daily luxury customer experience.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of our boutique operations, including managing a team of stylists and support staff, driving sales, and maintaining store aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or fashion, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure a smooth luxury customer experience
    • Manage a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
    • Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice
    • Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care
    • Maintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management
    • Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections
    • Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image
    • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
    • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences
    • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
    • Fluent in English
