About the Role

The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage performance, and ensure exceptional customer service at our Hyderabad and Bangalore locations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete store operations, performance management, and teamwork in the store.
  • Maintain all relevant reports to track progress levels.
  • E nsure planning and availability of stocks.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver the right mix of products and services.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Collect accurate and timely market intelligence and trends to enhance business growth.
  • Conduct team reviews and briefings.
  • Ensure delivery and adherence to store audits via the team.
  • Handle escalations promptly.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Lead by example, with attention to detail regarding business performance.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Should have experience in premium brand or upmarket segment stores or high-end retail with cluster management experience.
  • Should have handled a team of minimum 10 members for at least 2-3 years.
  • Be computer savvy, especially in handling reports and generating them in Excel.
  • Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years
