Our organization is currently seeking a Luxury Villa and Bungalow Project Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience leading premium projects and overseeing all phases of luxury villa and bungalow construction.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can ensure high-quality finishes and timely project execution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with designers, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, including design and construction.
  • Develop detailed project plans ensuring high quality, precision, and timely execution.
  • Promote value engineering to optimize cost without compromising on luxury standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

Core Skills:

  • Strong planning and project management skills—both technical and managerial.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with designers, consultants, and vendors.
