About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Velocida Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Manage sales for the company, including developing sales strategies and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships
    • Reach out to CXOs of client organizations to generate new business and build long-term relationships.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate Value to Clients
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Meet Sales Targets
    • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Network and Build Relationships
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Key Skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Quick learner, with the ability to grasp complex concepts and adapt to changing situations.
