Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls/emails, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant leads aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate introductions between prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to sustain engagement and drive interest in our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all active and potential deals, including contact details, meeting notes, and lead status.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on deal progress, utilizing CRM systems to update contact details, meeting notes, and lead status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate the deal cycle and resolve process bottlenecks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is desirable.
  • 4+ years of inside sales, pre-sales, or business development experience.
  • Prior experience in Fintech, EdTech, SaaS, Financial Services, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in preparing reports and dashboards for sales tracking.
  • Exposure to sales cycle tracking and coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
