Job Title: Key Account Manager - PSU Bancassurance Partnership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit partner branches and interact with Bank branch managers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure adequate customer service, including grievance redressal and claim settlement.
  • Drive local contests and engagements to engage teams and foster sales growth.
  • Manage the relationship between internal teams and channel partners to ensure sales growth and responsiveness to requirements.
  • Aid bank branches in adopting new processes and technology.

Requirements:

  • Graduation with post-graduate or insurance-specific training.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in insurance or financial services, with a preference for Public Sector Bank partner work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
