Job Description

MUFG Bank is seeking a skilled Operations Technical Learning Specialist to develop and execute internal learning programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with management, product managers, and subject matter experts to design and facilitate technical training for key systems and tools.

The Operations Technical Learning Specialist will be responsible for creating scalable solutions and quantifiable metrics to demonstrate change in behavior or lift. This role requires excellent facilitation skills, the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills that foster engagement in a web-based or in-person environment are required.
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through are highly critical skills.
  • Proven track record of superior communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
