Market Data Services Specialist - Drive Business Growth

As a seasoned Market Data Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and managing market data services globally. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust connections with various stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, benchmark activities, and lead cross-functional teams to determine optimal suppliers.
  • Source high-quality market data services across the globe.
  • Develop and execute RF(x) processes to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Analyze proposals, provide recommendations, and negotiate deals to achieve maximum commercial benefits.
  • Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance related business-as-usual processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • General understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes and best practices.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement and 5+ years in specific category of Market Data Services in an international corporate environment.
  • Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts with vendors.
  • Skilled in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
  • Knowledge of Market Data Services and other professional services is preferred.
  • Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management of such.
  • Problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management, and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with market-leading sourcing tools/systems would be a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
