Job Opportunity: Property Acquisition Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Property Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
