Job Title: Property Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their knowledge and skills in real estate sourcing, sales, and property acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties, projects, or land that align with our sales objectives. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, conduct market analysis, and negotiate purchase terms to ensure timely closure of deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Research and identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land suitable for our sales objectives.
    • Build and maintain a network of property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to source new opportunities.
    • Conduct site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
    • Fresher's can be considered as an Management Trainee
    • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
    • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
