About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Specialist to identify and acquire prime commercial retail properties for new store openings in various regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will coordinate with key partners including property developers, landlords, project consultants, and brokers to secure suitable properties for new stores.
  • Negotiating final rentals, landlord scope of works, and ensuring timely legal due diligence and paperwork is completed to finalize property acquisitions.
  • The role also involves developing and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze locations and catchment areas for new store openings.
  • Excellent coordination skills with various departments internally until store launch.
