Job Title: Property Acquisition and Leasing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned property acquisition and leasing manager to join our team. As an associate manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new tenants for commercial and retail spaces. Your key objectives will include managing end-to-end leasing transactions, building and maintaining relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new tenants for commercial and retail spaces
  • Manage end-to-end leasing transactions, from prospecting and site visits to closure and documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporates
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to track trends and rental benchmarks
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with prospective tenants
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing
  • A strong network within the retail, commercial real estate, or brokerage community
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing processes, commercial documentation, and market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
