Job Purpose :Position is for PUNE City.

Property Search Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties suitable for our preschools. He will be responsible for conducting market research, negotiating with property owners, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure that the properties selected meet our high standards for preschool centers.

Job Description :

  1. Market Research:

  2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential areas for preschool expansion.

  3. Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to make informed property decisions.

  4. Keep up-to-date with local property listings and market developments.

  5. Property Identification:

  6. Identify and evaluate properties that meet our criteria for establishing preschools.

  7. Work with real estate agents and property owners to secure property information and site visits.

  8. Assess properties for safety, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations.

  9. Negotiation and Due Diligence:

  10. Negotiate terms, conditions, and lease agreements with property owners.

  11. Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met during property acquisition.

  12. Collaboration with other teams:

  13. Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the selected properties align with our educational and safety standards.

  14. Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and regulatory bodies to design and prepare properties for preschool operation.

Minimum Education :Any graduate

Skills : Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Experience :2-12 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
