,Role & responsibilities

  • Handle and advise on all legal matters related to real estate transactions including land acquisition, property development, leasing, and sales
  • Conduct legal due diligence of properties, verify title documents, and prepare title reports.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements sale deeds, lease agreements, JV/JDA agreements, MoUs, POAs, and other property-related documents.
  • Manage and represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and legal proceedings related to property disputes, civil matters, or regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external legal counsels, regulatory authorities, and government bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, land laws, municipal regulations, and other statutory obligations.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams including Projects, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Maintain legal records, contract management systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the legal team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience dealing with large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Exposure to land acquisition in urban and semi-urban areas.
  • Familiarity with digital documentation and legal tech tools.
