Job description

  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, property development, and land acquisitions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and land documents.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for land titles, project approvals, and compliance.
  • Represent the firm in property-related disputes and litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, developers) to ensure smooth legal operations.
  • Follow up with external advocates, legal consultants, and other third-party legal entities to ensure timely progress of ongoing matters.
  • Verify Revenue Records of properties, land etc.
  • Handling Redevelopment Sites, Land Acquisition and further procedure of Documentation, Drafting.

Pay: 50, ,000.00 per month
