Key Role in Commercial Property Procurement

The position of a Property Acquisition Manager is crucial to the company's strategy for securing prime commercial locations.

This involves identifying and negotiating favorable lease terms with landlords and brokers, as well as scouting properties that meet our business requirements.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of city demographics, geography, and commercial leasing norms, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluency in local languages, such as Marathi, is also highly valued.

Additionally, successful candidates will have existing industry connections and knowledge of legal and compliance norms, which are essential for interpreting basic legal requirements for commercial properties.

Travel within South India will be extensive, requiring adaptability and flexibility.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex information, identify key factors influencing property acquisition, and apply negotiation skills to secure win-win deals.

Furthermore, proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with GIS mapping tools will be advantageous.

  • Minimum Education: Any graduate
  • Skills:
  • • Proficiency in local languages – Marathi
  • • Strong verbal/written communication in English
  • • Deep understanding of city geography, demographics, and commercial leasing norms
  • • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close win–win deals
  • • Existing network of contacts in the real estate and brokerage community is highly desirable
