Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate global hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions.

This role requires collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and sourcers to identify and connect with top-tier talent. The successful candidate will leverage industry knowledge to source passive and active candidates at all levels, utilizing channels such as LinkedIn and Greenhouse.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and sourcing needs.
  • Provide innovative sourcing solutions to drive a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate data within our ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.

Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the recruiting team.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on technical and non-technical roles on a global scale.

Previous experience in APAC region, preferably India, is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader recruiting team.
