Global Recruitment Strategist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to lead the recruitment process for assigned functional and geographic areas. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute global recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and oversee interview scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales recruitment, accounting roles, and APAC & India hiring.
- Strong leadership skills, expertise in delivering broad recruiting solutions, and ability to ensure consistent service levels.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work closely with internal business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct in-depth needs assessments, establish communication strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and maintain internal talent capability and pipelines aligned to business needs.
