Global Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's hiring success by identifying, attracting, engaging, and pipelining top talent for key roles across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies for senior-level or specialized positions, leveraging job boards, social media, professional networking sites, career events, and employee referrals to source passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs for the role and provide insights on external candidate market trends and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and engage diverse pools of candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media advertising, and professional networking sites.
  • Develop effective outreach communications and engagement strategies in partnership with our Talent Attraction team to attract top talent.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on the status of active sourcing projects, utilizing data-driven insights from our passive candidate database to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality and efficient use of our passive candidate database to drive hiring success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification through experience.
  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in corporate sourcing or recruitment, with some agency recruiting experience desirable.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to work on complex searches.
  • Solid knowledge of diverse sourcing strategies and techniques, including passive candidate sourcing.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently and proactively solving problems.
