Job Title: Market Data Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing Level 0-3 support for all market data infrastructure, messaging and external services globally. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of market data infrastructure, messaging and external services projects requests globally to meet with business requirements and adhering to global standards and directions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for market data infrastructure, messaging and external services globally.
  • Assist in the implementation of market data infrastructure, messaging and external services projects requests globally.
  • Work closely with business teams and various application IT parties to ensure project requests are implemented, tested, verified and rolled out successfully.
  • Involve in market data infrastructure, messaging and external services upgrade, desktop applications, server applications, network circuits performance and capacity management.
  • Ensure stable and uninterruptible services are delivered to business while meeting with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of market data infrastructure, messaging and external services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel globally as required.
