This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Relations Manager. As the property manager on duty, you will oversee all property operations and ensure that guests receive the highest levels of hospitality and service.
About This Role:- You will be responsible for resolving any guest-related situations and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will work closely with other departments to support property operations and goals.
- You will be expected to maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times.
- Leads Guest Services Teams: You will lead by example, demonstrating sound financial and business decision-making skills, honesty, and integrity.
- Maintains Guest Services and Front Desk Goals: You will develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Ensures Exceptional Customer Service: You will provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implementing Projects and Policies: You will implement the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring its process.
- A High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- OR A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
