Executive Background Verification Team Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Executive Background Verification Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate and supervise a team of background verification professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to guarantee quality, accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Oversee the efficient closure of verification cases while adhering to defined Turnaround Times (TATs).
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Effectively handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
  • Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on process changes and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in background verification or the BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
