We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Data Center Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and compliance of our data center systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Coordinate daily operations and critical maintenance with contractors and consultants.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Directly interface with construction management teams to ensure smooth commissioning of new systems.
  • Develop and track preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Improve overall efficiency and drive cost reduction through process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions with operations/maintenance teams on equipment and procedures.
  • Manage data floor and back-of-house electrical loading and capacity.
  • Participate in rotational on-call schedule to respond to emergency situations.

This senior management role requires extended knowledge of NFPA codes, NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, and NFPA 25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar field.
  • Extended experience in data center operations and management.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated technical ability and innovative thinking, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical systems design review, layout, installation, and operations.
