The role of the Strategic Leader for Data Integrity and Clinical Excellence involves driving strategic leadership in clinical development programs, focusing on advanced centralized monitoring and risk-based quality management (RBQM). This position serves as a key leader in ensuring data integrity, patient safety, and operational excellence across various clinical development programs.

This leader will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive RBQM plans tailored to each study's needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will conduct thorough risk assessments for clinical studies, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. Furthermore, this role involves leading the facilitation of monthly RBQM meetings to review and discuss study data, findings, action plans, and coordinating data cleaning activities.

The Strategic Leader for Data Integrity and Clinical Excellence will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring and timely interventions. They will work closely with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and other departments to support proactive oversight and management and data cleaning for studies. This individual will prepare detailed reports and presentations on monitoring activities, findings, and recommendations for sponsors and study teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (life sciences, statistics, data management, clinical operations) or relevant/equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in clinical monitoring, clinical trial management or equivalent.
