About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Director to lead our dynamic nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow, ensuring seamless delivery of quality care.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (essential).
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the country.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or health center setting.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
