Customer Support Professional

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts (including night shifts), and prior experience in an international voice process. They will also be able to document interactions, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve queries promptly and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice processes.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
