About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Voice AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the highest quality conversational experience for our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on voice AI and natural language processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and usability of our voice AI platform.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and optimize testing strategies.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing approaches remain relevant and effective.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on voice AI and natural language processing.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium and Appium.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with voice AI platforms and natural language processing technologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
