Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to validate end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Identify and document defects; collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum testing and automation testing using tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar would be beneficial.
