We're looking for a skilled technical expert to join our team.

As a software support engineer, you'll provide top-notch technical assistance to escalated issues. You'll be the go-to person for internal and external customers, using your knowledge of our product and database structure to diagnose challenges and find solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong SQL and database skills. You'll work closely with the implementation team, mediate meetings with clients and vendors, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
