Brring Key Accounts Manager

Brring Perishable Distribution Solutions Pvt Ltd is one of India's leading intracity supply chain services providers to some of the largest and upcoming FMCG brands in the food and beverage business. We count prominent Brands viz. Britannia, Tata Consumer, Heritage Novandie, Akshayakalpa Organic, McDonalds (Hardcastle Foods), and several Shark Tank brands among our esteemed clientele.
Main Responsibilities:
Market Insights:
Understanding competition, market trends in FMCG distribution, predicting emerging customer needs and pain points, penetrating new segments and identifying growth opportunities across parallel markets and geographies through accurate records of client interaction, weekly/fortnightly feedback sessions, ongoing sales support, and sales data analysis.
Key Account Management:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement strategies to minimize overstocking while preventing stock outs across all warehouses, increase wallet share of business with existing clients, and optimize future engagement possibilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interaction, conduct weekly/fortnightly feedback sessions, provide ongoing sales support, and stay updated on client needs and pain points.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales efficiency and effectiveness, prepare and present regular reports to inform strategic decisions, and analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Pipeline and Targets:
- Sales Target Setting: Prepare Quarterly/Monthly Sales Targets, grow Sales Pipeline across target customer sets through Inbound and Outbound sales initiatives, expanding customer databases, and maintaining an indepth data bank of prospective customers.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Identify prospects, opportunity scoping, develop solutions with operations team, cost workings, proposals, and negotiation with customers to close deals, execute agreements, and work with operations team for onboarding and servicing clients.
Product Evolution:
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy, collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to create tailored solutions for client segments, and work constructively with Clevel executives and delivery fleet to understand their pain points and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- B. Tech / MBA / Professional Degree from Grade A+/A institution.
- 5+ years' relevant experience in selling 3PL supply chain solutions for large FMCG, Consumer brands across Western India.
- Indepth knowledge of the FMCG supply chain with strong connections in the FMCG distribution ecosystem in Mumbai, understanding channel commercials across categories, strong grasp of the retail distribution landscape in West India.
- Proven ability to lead and effectively manage a team independently, with a keen sense of ownership, drive, high in energy, motivated, enthusiastic, relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to work with large data sets in Excel, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and good knowledge of tools and technologies SFA/TMS/WMS/GPS/OMS/CRM/etc.
- Fluent in speaking local languages Marathi/Gujarati/Hindi.
- Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.
