About the Job

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team, where you will be responsible for managing large fleets, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

  • Manage and maintain a healthy supply in cities by building and retaining a strong network of drivers.
  • Conduct Csat/Psat activities, research and surveys to improve driver satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Support marketing, legal, and GR teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee fleet acquisition and retention, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing costs.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our footprint and increase market share.
  • Hire and retain offline and online recruiters to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities to ensure effective supply management.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers, driving growth and revenue.
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to drive brand visibility and recognition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with leadership skills and at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with the ability to use data to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment, with startup experience preferred.
