Job Overview

This role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational activities of our hospitality assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to drive business growth and maintain high standards of excellence and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in managing multiple properties and driving operational efficiencies. They will be able to develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives, and will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Oversee the management of multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as general manager/unit head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations, including budgetary management and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including its trends and challenges. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in managing complex operations and driving business growth.

The candidate should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is required, as is a minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
